Lefty Judge Crosses the Line

A judge in the Peoples Republic of California has decided that foster children should not be allowed to join the US Marines.

From the LA Daily News.:

"The judge said she didn't support the Iraq war for any reason why we're over there," said Marine recruiter Sgt. Guillermo Medrano of the Simi Valley USMC recruiting office.

"She just said all recruiters were the same - that they`all tap dance and tell me what I want to hear.' She said she didn't want him to fight in it."

Apparently this is not the first time that this judge has pulled this kind of stunt. She also denied a request of another person to join the US Navy, according to the the story.

This type of left wing legislation from "the bench" and using a court room as a political soap box must be stopped.

Of course, then again this did happen in the Peoples Republic of California.
